General information about our products
What is biomass?
Biomass harnesses the power of organic materials like wood, agricultural residues, and even waste to generate renewable energy. At AMT Export, we understand the significance of biomass in reducing carbon footprints and promoting sustainable practices.
Our biomass solutions:
Wood pellets made from high-quality wood shavings of pine, oak, beech, and alder. They deliver consistent, clean-burning energy for heating furnaces, stoves, and pellet grills. Each type, no matter the use, is carefully curated to guarantee the highest efficiency and quality.
- We offer three kinds of pellet:
- Heating of residential and commercial buildings,
- Grilling & Smoking a variety of foods by using oak, beech, and alder wood,
- Animal Bedding that is made from straw and provides a clean and safe place for all kinds of animals, no matter the size.
Wood briquette is sustainably sourced and compressed to offer long-lasting warmth for stoves and fireplaces, all while promoting a greener lifestyle.
- We offer two types:
- Nestro, being a cylindrical shaped briquette, made from 100% pine wood shavings where we do not use adhesive substance, and molding is done only in mechanical or hydraulic presses, perfect for woodburning stoves, fireplaces, or barbecues.
- RUF, which is a rectangular shaped briquette made from 100% natural oak sawdust, with no artificial additives it's ideal for the fireplace, as it provides pleasant and effective heating. It is a responsible choice for the environment, supporting its protection. It effectively generates heat energy, where heating is needed.
Straw Power animal bedding – is a natural and easy-to-handle bedding solution made from high-quality straw. It’s a soft, clean, and hygienic substrate that provides excellent insulation and absorbency, creating a clean environment in barns and stables. Can be used for: horse boxes, poultry cages, rabbit farms, pig pens, small home animals (rabbits, guinea pigs, mice, or hamsters etc.) and more.
What should I know about insulation?
Insulation plays a pivotal role in regulating temperature and energy efficiency for commercial and residential buildings. AMT Export offers a range of insulation materials designed to enhance thermal performance, reduce energy consumption, and contribute to a sustainable environment. From traditional to new cutting-edge, we provide a variety of insulation solutions for every need.
Our insulation solutions:
- Polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation is composed of a closed-cell foam, it minimizes heat transfer, offering exceptional energy conservation. Its lightweight yet robust nature makes it easy to handle and install, making it a preferred option for various applications, including roofs, walls, and floors. With a high R-value, PIR insulation provides an excellent barrier against temperature fluctuations, enhancing the overall energy performance of buildings.
- Stone wool, also referred to as rock wool boards and mats, is created by spinning molten rock and minerals with steel slag to create a cotton-candy-like wool product.Stone wool is water-resistant so it doesn't become damp. It does not allow the growth of fungi, mold, and other germs. The air pockets in its fibres help to ensure its breathability, which helps to slow or stop moisture build-up. This versatile material is suitable for a range of applications as it offers durability and fire resistance.
- XPS insulation made from Extruded Polystyrene is composed of closed-cell foam that offers exceptional resistance to heat transfer and moisture. Its rigid structure provides durability and stability, ensuring long-lasting effectiveness in maintaining temperature control within a structure. XPS insulation is a versatile solution, contributing to energy efficiency and creating a comfortable and well-regulated indoor environment.
- Glass wool is an insulating material made from glass fiber arranged using a binder into a texture similar to wool. The process traps many small pockets of air between the glass, and these small air pockets result in high thermal insulation properties. Designed to efficiently regulate temperature and reduce sound transmission, it also provides an effective barrier against heat loss and noise, making it an essential choice for various construction and renovation projects. It needs to be noted that this kind of insulation is safe to manufacture, install and use ONLY when recommended safety practices are followed, especially protective gear like e.g. a respirator mask to protect lungs from inhaling the fibers, as well as gloves and long-sleeved clothing to protect the skin from irritation.
What should I know about finishing materials?
AMT Export brings you a diverse range of finishing materials that not only add aesthetic appeal to your projects but also contribute to sustainability. From OSB and gypsum boards, to plasters and finishing coats, our materials are carefully curated to meet the highest standards of quality and environmental responsibility.
Our finishing materials solutions:
- OSB boards (oriented strand boards) are made from wood and makes use of crooked and deformed trees that would otherwise go unused. The result is solid, uniform building panels, with enhanced features, and high strength and water resistance, that are renowned for their strength and durability, making them a popular choice for sheathing, subflooring, and other structural applications.
- Plaster is a material used for coating walls and ceilings to create a smooth and even surface. It is typically a mix of gypsum, lime, or cement combined with sand and water. It serves both functional and decorative purposes, providing a base for paint or wallpaper while also covering imperfections in the underlying structure.
- Finishing coats are the final layers applied to surfaces after the initial plastering. They contribute to the overall appearance and texture of the surface and can be formulated for various finishes, such as smooth, textured, or decorative, depending on the desired aesthetic.
- Profiles and attachments are made from durable materials, serve as connectors and finishing touches in various architectural applications. Whether used in residential, commercial, or industrial projects, they ensure precise alignment and contribute to the overall aesthetic harmony of the space. From corner profiles to edge trims, these elements ensure precise alignment and contribute to the overall integrity, stability and visual appeal of the project and elevate the overall look of the interior or exterior.
What about solar energy?
Solar energy is a cornerstone of a sustainable future, and we are at the forefront of providing innovative solar solutions. We offer carports to free-standing PV constructions made for residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Our solar energy solutions:
- Solar carports provide covered parking spaces that incorporate canopies made from solar panels, harnessing renewable energy. They offer a dual benefit of vehicle protection and sustainable energy utilization. Embracing our solar carports promotes environmental consciousness and modern, efficient design. These constructions are engineered to stand alone, making them suitable for various applications.
- Free-standing PV constructions are engineered to be independent and not attached to a building or any other existing structure and therefore can be placed in various locations, including open fields, parking lots, or unused land. Free-standing PV constructions are typically ground-mounted often strategically positioned to maximize exposure to sunlight throughout the day. These constructions are highly scalable, meaning that the number of solar panels and the size of the installation can be easily adjusted to meet specific energy needs. The constructions are designed to withstand environmental factors such as wind and snow loads. Common materials for these structures include steel and aluminum, chosen for their durability and resistance to corrosion. By generating electricity from sunlight, PV constructions contribute to reducing reliance on fossil fuels, thereby lowering greenhouse gas emissions and promoting environmental sustainability.
