APPLICATION

Power Flame Nestro Classic briquette is a high-quality biofuel, made from 100% pine wood waste. During the production process, we do not use adhesive substance, and molding is done only in mechanical or hydraulic presses. Its excellent parameters make it an ideal choice for wood-burning stoves, fireplaces, or barbecues. It effectively generates heat energy, where heating is needed.

PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS

• No impurities: Our briquette is a cleaner and greener source of energy. It produces little smoke and sludge when burned, and no harmful gases or chemicals are emitted during the combustion process. The ash content of this briquette is less than 1,3%, reducing the need for frequent cleaning of the stove. The ash produced after burning can be used as fertilizer for the lawn or garden.
• Efficiency: It contains low moisture content and high density, so the briquette burns slowly and in a controlled manner. The greatest efficiency is gained by burning the briquette on a small flame, or even embers with a small supply of air. After igniting the briquette, after about 20 minutes, gradually adjust the supply of oxygen, so that the final amount is as little as possible - the less oxygen, the longer the combustion.
• High calorific value: The product has a calorific value of 18 MJ/kg, which means that it provides strong, long-lasting and effective heating.
• Price: Biomass briquettes are cheaper than other energy sources such as heating oil, propane and natural gas. Although coal is slightly cheaper than briquettes, the latter has many more advantages over the former.

PACKAGING AND SHIPPING

The briquette is packed in 10 kg cartons, stacked on wooden pallets (99 cartons = 1 pallet) and secured all around with stretch film. There is a plastic hood on top to protect it from the weather. It is not recommended to stack pallets.

It is extremely important how to store purchased fuel. Briquette should be stored in dry closed spaces (boiler rooms, basements, cells and the like). Briquette is a material that absorbs moisture very easily, which means that it must not be left to the possibility of exposure to weather conditions.
